Harvesting seeds

As summer ended and all flowers went into seeds we harvested some for next year. Seeds aren’t cheap, especially organic ones but this way we were able to save the cost, as well as the packaging and transport to have seeds ready for next year.

We have the following seeds harvested by ourselves:

Spinach; Onion; Leek; Parsley; Chard; Parsnip and Snapdragon.
