Eco Schools Green Flag Award for Solihull School

Solihull School was recently awarded the Eco Schools Green Flag Award. Our Roots & Shoots projects in the Prep School played a part in us being awarded this, so our Roots & Shoots Club members celebrated by taking some pictures with the flag before it was raised on our Senior School Campus flagpole!

To achieve the award, our school had to show evidence of lots of different initiatives that help the environment from litter picking & how we manage waste, to global citizenship and energy awareness. We are very proud to flying the flag to show our commitment to helping make the world a better place.
