Blooming Generosity: A Floral Tribute to 90 Years

At St Mary’s School Ascot pupils and staff enjoy dressing up days. Therefore, on Friday, 10th May, the school’s Eco and Charity Committees decided to hold a flower-themed dressing up day in honour of Dr Jane’s 90th birthday this year. Pupils and staff were asked to swap their uniforms with clothes that featured a flowery pattern and in the morning assembly pupils focussed their prayers on Dr Jane’s work and mission. £319.50 was raised on the day to support the work of the Jane Goodall Institute.
