Recycling at Liphook Infant School

The eco team have been busy looking into recycling around our school and what we can do more of. We found that the milk bottles we use are recyclable and weren’t being recycled. We have two milk bottle bins that the eco team are monitoring every break time.
We’ve read the book ‘The Rubbish Monster Thing’ and shared it with our classes to talk about the importance of not wasting and what we can do with our waste. We also researched about the great pacific garbage patch and wanted to do our part to help.
We are also going to be planting some wild flower seeds in the next few weeks to encourage wildlife in our school.
