Bugs are amazing!

Lower School students learned about how insects are essential to the balance of life on Earth. They are decomposers, pollinators, pest controllers, and food for other animals. While some insects are destructive, most are helpful. We need to respect all life on Earth, no matter how tiny. We learned about bug hotels and how to make our own. We made these small bug hotels, but we are also in the process of rebuilding a big bug hotel in our school garden. Bugs are amazing and they all have their jobs to do!
