LoveSolihull Initiative

As part of the LoveSolihull initiative to help make Solihull one of the cleanest, greenest and safest in the country, (https://www.lovesolihull.org/), Solihull Prep School’s Roots & Shoots group had a very successful afternoon litter picking in our local park. We worked as a team to improve our environment for visitors & local wildlife. The pupils found a surprising amount of litter & said it was like an amazing treasure hunt! 

When we returned to school, we drank homemade rhubarb & ginger cordial which the pupils made from homegrown rhubarb the previous week!
