The New Forest Clarion

As part of a group of schools, sussed in the forest, ran by Gill Hickman, our children were asked to write a piece.We talked about what might happen to our area by 2050 if we don't do anything about global warming. This started a discussion on how hot the sea where we live in milford might get to hot. The children themselves talked about sharks starting to live by the beach. We wrote a small story around this. Our children understand that to keep the world from warming up, we need to recycle, grow our own food, walk to Pre school and turn the lights off.Lots of sussed schools contributed, the clarion was a super read and shows off the understanding of all new forest schools children. Many thanks as always to Gill for organising it, our children loved seeing their little piece in the new forest clarion.
