Crazy Hair Day - Anika Vijaypurkar

To raise money for a charity called the Peckham Sponsors Refuges our school organised a Crazy Hair Day. On Friday15th of June everyone was allowed to have crazy hair if they brought in a pound for the charity. Lots of people were wearing wigs or had died their hair in a plethora of colours. Everyone’s hair was so creative and looked amazing. As well as the day being really fun, all the money went to a great cause: Peckham Sponsors Refuges. A charity which helps Syrian families move to London and settle, down providing them with food and shelter. The charity has changed the lives of many people in need of help and support and it’s nice to know that they will benefit from our contribution too.
